What is your shipping policy?
Redhead Woods obviously cannot control what happens with our products after they leave our shop. That being said, we take every precaution to limit breakages by packaging our products well, and limiting lost packages by supplying tracking numbers whenever possible. If by some chance you do experience a broken package let us know immediately and we will take steps to get a new product made and shipped asap. We will ask that you speak with the shipping insurers before the new product is shipped.
How do I order wholesale?
